Fifteen Years of Firsthand ExperienceLed to Soo House.

Founder and CEO Soo Kim began volunteering at a migrant support center as a studentand has spent more than fifteen years helping foreign residents settle in Koreaand access meaningful opportunities.

Having lived abroad in Japan and France, she experienced firsthand how difficult it can beto find reliable information, trusted connections, and real opportunities in a new country.

She later built businesses in Korean-language education, tourism, hospitality,K-pop merchandise, community, and travel—gaining experience on both sides of the market.

Those experiences led to policy proposals and advisory work on foreign resident employment,entrepreneurship, and settlement, and eventually to Soo House and Soo & Carrots:a system where expats can build a verified record of what they can do,and companies can work with them confidently.
